Hello World,

I’m Justin Curtis - a devoted dad, loving fiancé, and a big fan of all things tech.

My tech adventure kicked off right around when COVID-19 shook up our lives in March 2020. Suddenly laid off and floating in a shaky job market, I stumbled upon Codecademy.com's free courses. A simple curiosity about HTML and CSS quickly turned into a deep passion. I was hooked by the magic of transforming code into colorful, interactive websites, which led me back to school to dive deeper into computers and technology.

I earned my associate degree at Hillsborough Community College, graduating with honors—a real sign of my dedication to this new path.

Not long after, I landed my first tech job at HOST (Hillsborough Out of School Time) Programs as a Technology Support Assistant. It was an intense learning experience, where I tackled everything from troubleshooting hardware/software to exploring new tech applications. I loved every chance to teach our team, helping make our tools more user-friendly and efficient.

As I grew into a TechOps Support role, I became the link between our tech tools and their users. It’s more than optimizing systems—it’s about making tech clear and usable for everyone. I’m the guy people turn to when they want to understand, use, and get the most out of their tech.

In this role, I've also sharpened my skills in content creation and project management. Whether I’m putting together tech resources, editing content, or working on creative projects, I make sure our tech solutions are not only effective but engaging and easy to use.

Why am I sharing all this? Because my journey is about more than just technology—it’s about the people, the learning experiences, and the connections along the way. I invite you to join me on this ongoing adventure, where each day is a chance to explore, learn, and grow together in the dynamic world of technology.
