Hello World,

I’m Justin Curtis - a devoted dad, loving husband, and a big fan of all things tech.

I started my tech journey during the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. After being laid off, I came across Codecademy.com's free courses and decided to give HTML and CSS a try. What began as curiosity quickly became a passion, leading me back to school to study computers and technology. I graduated with honors from Hillsborough Community College, earning my associate degree.

My first tech role was as a Technology Support Assistant with the HOST Programs. I gained hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, working with new applications, and helping staff make better use of our tools. I enjoyed figuring out solutions and teaching others how to get the most out of their technology.

Later, as a TechOps Support team member, I focused on streamlining processes and making technology easier to use. I created resources, optimized workflows, and helped bridge the gap between users and tech systems. Whether it’s troubleshooting, creating documentation, or improving processes, I’m all about making things work smoothly and efficiently.

Technology isn’t just about solving problems for me; it’s about helping people and finding better ways to do things. I’m constantly learning and enjoy sharing that knowledge to help others. Thanks for stopping by—feel free to explore the resources and projects I’ve shared!
